Fino, our reimagined Tex-Mex concept, is located inside the restored 100-year-old schoolhouse on our property and on its covered patio. Fino offers a refined dining experience with seasonally inspired dishes centered on farm grown produce, responsibly sourced proteins, and bold, vibrant flavors.

Our beverage menu has been thoughtfully designed around the offerings from our farm and with respect to the tradition of the craft. Everything on offer is both complimentary to our dinner menu, and designed with enough expertise and attention to detail to make it an end unto itself.
