Artisans
the rugs in our main dining room are hand-woven from naturally dyed fibers
our house mezcal, don sapo, comes from a small family producer in oaxaca
the mosaic in our bar is an original escuela design that was handmade by a mother-son duo called royal mosaics
behind the scenes of our napkins being made
throughout our restaurant, you'll see plates, cups, and decor that were made by hand by artists in oaxaca
Catherine dunne (Dunne by design) was our landscape architect
colby brinkman did all of our iron work
